Description Sunmuscat naturally goes through a period when flowers or flower buds are shed in large numbers around the time of flowering. In Sunmuscat the phenomenon is also referred to as bunch shatter and may result in poor fruit set and poor berry retention and growers perceived it as a yield loss. This project looks at 3 year trial using a chemical cincturing method to assess whether it is viable and reliable in managing bunch shatter. (Project DG09002) (Mark Downey - Project leader)
