I/we have produced horticultural fruit other than dried grapes, but have an interest in the dried grape industry.
I/we am/are not a horticultural producer, but have an interest in the dried grape industry.

The current associate membership fee is $100 plus GST per annum. Associate members are entitled to the same services that Dried Fruits Australia offers to grower members. Associate members do not have the right to vote at any Dried Fruits Australia forum or annual general meeting.

Option 1: Authority to deduct the Dried Fruits Australia membership fee

I/we authorise the deduction of the Dried Fruits Australia membership fee (as determined during the Dried Fruits Australia annual general meeting) on all dried fruit deliveries to processor members, each season, for payment to Dried Fruits Australia. This authority replaces any previous authority and is to stand until revoked.

Option 2: Declaration of annual account

I/we declare that I/we have produced and dried the below amount of tonnes of dried fruit this season. This declaration will enable Dried Fruits Australia to issue a tax invoice for your membership

All fruit up to/or first 100 tonnes charged @ $9/tonne plus GST (minimum payment of $100 plus GST) All fruit then delivered from 101–250 tonnes charged @ $6/tonne plus GST

All fruit then delivered from 251–500 tonnes charged @ $4/tonne plus GST

All fruit then delivered from 501 tonnes charged @ $3/tonne plus GST (capped at $5,000 plus GST)
